Terms and Conditions

1. General provisions

These terms and conditions govern the relations between Друштво за производство, интелектуални услуги и трговија СЕРАФИМОВ ГРУП ДООЕЛ Струмица (hereinafter "Serafimov Group", tax no. MK4027018528517, company no. 7276052, 17/1-7 Nevena Stojkova St., 2400 Strumica) and the users of its services and the website serafimov.group.

2. Services

Serafimov Group offers the development of websites and online stores, integrations (payments, delivery, invoicing, ERP), hosting and domains, graphic design and maintenance. The scope of each service is set out in a written quote.

3. Quote and agreement

The quote contains a description of the service, the price, the deadline and the payment terms. The agreement is concluded when the client confirms the quote in writing or by e-mail.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are stated without VAT unless indicated otherwise. After the quote is signed no additional costs are charged, except for requests outside the agreed scope. The method and terms of payment are set out in the quote.

5. Deadlines

Deadlines are set out in the quote and apply provided the client delivers the necessary content, access and approvals on time.

6. Ownership

After full payment the client acquires the right to use the website and its content. The domain is registered in the client's name. The client may request an export of the site at any time.

7. Warranty and maintenance

Serafimov Group gives a 12-month warranty, free of charge, for errors in the code of the delivered solution. The warranty does not cover errors caused by third-party interventions, updates of external plug-ins or hosting outside our supervision. Maintenance and support are agreed separately.

8. Liability

Serafimov Group is not liable for indirect damage or lost profit, nor for interruptions in the work of third-party services (banks, courier services, platforms). Liability is limited to the amount the client paid for the relevant service.

9. Confidentiality and personal data

Information received from the client is kept confidential. Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

10. Changes and applicable law

Serafimov Group may change these terms by publishing them on this page. The law of the Republic of North Macedonia applies, and disputes are resolved before the competent court.
